The Ayrshire Referees Association Development Scheme focuses on all members who are within their first 2 years of refereeing, with Gordon Scott as the Development Coordinator.

In line with the Association's guiding principle of "Growing Tomorrow's Referees", the Scheme allows its members unprecedented access to focused training material and discussion groups led by listed officials and also senior members.

The Development Academy is an exciting initiative and one that will hopefully reap benefits in the years to come by establishing the next batch of listed officials.
