Ayrshire Referee Running GNR for Cancer Charities

Mike Ingram (Category 5 referee and currently Chair of the Youth Academy), and his son David (Category 3 referee) are taking part in the Great North Run on 7th September.

A few months ago Mike's dad/David's grandad was diagnosed with 2 forms of cancer. It is not until you personally have someone close to you who is suffering with cancer that you realise how important charity organisations are. Mike's dad has been in close communication with Marie Currie and Cancer Research. They have helped and guided him (and his mum) every step of the way. The guys now want to repay the charity and try and raise as much money as possible for them.

With everyone's help together they will hopefully raise loads of Wonga (money), please try and dig deep.
