Ayrshire Referees Association
Under 35s Receive Football Shield Last updated 21.01.2012

Social Events

Social events play a huge role in the Ayrshire Referees Association. They bring together referees of all levels and allow them to socialise away from the football field over the course of the season.

The Ayrshire Referees Association has a Social Committee made up of the Social Committee chair and a maximum of 5 others. These members are elected annually. As well as being in charge of Social Business, the Social Chair also has a place on the Association's Council.

Ricky Crowe

This year the Social Chair is Ricky Crowe, and he is ably assisted by Ross McClymont, David Forbes, Ross Haswell and Margaret Smith.

Golf Day - Hacket Ba' Winner

Following the completion of the Golf Day, Calum Haswell became the latest winner of the now infamous Hacket Ba' trophy - given to those with the worst score on the day. How Calum manged to wrestle this coveted trophy from the grips of John Mckendrick remains a mystery, but be assured the good Dr will be back with a vengence next year...
